Corporate event formats · Warsaw and across Poland

Find the corporate event format that suits your team

One format doesn't suit every team. First we understand what the event needs to do — bring people together, mark a result or simply change the pace — and only then suggest a format, programme, venue and preliminary budget.

  • A format built around your team's goal
  • Concept and preliminary budget

Where to start

First, let's define what should change after the event

The right corporate format depends on the task, not on trends. You don't need to arrive with a finished concept — it's enough to know what the event should give your team.

One company wants to introduce new people, another to thank the team for the year, a third to present changes or simply give people a chance to switch off. That goal decides which format works. We start there, and only then suggest an idea.

  • Introduce and unite the team
  • Thank your employees
  • Mark a result or achievement
  • Strengthen how people work together
  • Present changes or a new product
  • Give the team time to rest and switch off

How to choose

A good format takes in more than the budget

More than the figure shapes the choice of format. We weigh these factors when we suggest an idea — so the event suits your team.

One concept

We bring the separate elements into one event

You don't have to assemble the event from separate suppliers. You keep one plan and one point of contact.

How it works

Three steps from goal to event

01

You tell us about the team and the result you want

You share what the event should give people, along with the city, date and rough scale.

02

You receive a few formats and a preliminary budget

We suggest fitting ideas and a clear budget guide — so you have options to choose from.

03

You choose an idea and Harbor organises the event

The chosen format becomes a finished, fully produced event, and you spend the time with your team.

Budget

The budget depends on the format, not just the guest count

Two events for the same number of people can cost very differently — the format and what goes into it decide it.

After a short brief, a preliminary estimate is usually ready the same working day or the next.

FAQ

Questions about choosing a corporate event format

How do we work out which format suits our team?
Start with the goal: what the event should give people. We ask a few questions about the team, the occasion and the mood — and suggest fitting formats on that basis.
Can we combine several formats in one event?
Yes. A combination often works best — for example an activity during the day and a party in the evening. We bring it together into one coherent programme.
Does Harbor organise corporate events outside Warsaw?
Yes. We're based in Warsaw and run corporate events across Poland, including off-site formats in other cities.
Can the event run in English, Ukrainian or Polish?
Yes. We adapt the hosting, communication and materials to the language of your team and guests.
Can we use the company's own venue or suppliers?
Yes. If you have your own venue or trusted suppliers, we build them into the programme and coordinate them alongside everyone else.
How far in advance should we start preparing?
The earlier, the wider the choice of formats, venues and dates. We take on short-notice events too, but more complex ideas are more comfortable with time in hand.
What does the budget depend on?
Above all on the format and what goes into it: venue, programme, catering, tech, décor, transport and duration. The guest count is only one factor.
Can you prepare several concepts to choose from?
Yes. We usually suggest a few fitting formats for your goal and budget, so you have options to choose from.
Do you organise summer and Christmas parties?
Yes. Outdoor summer formats and Christmas parties that round off the year are among the most common requests we run regularly.
