Harbor of Events is a team that organises events end to end in Warsaw and across Poland. We work with corporate events, team building, private events and active formats, where structure, transparency and a calm client experience matter most.
Harbor of Events was founded in 2023 in Warsaw. The team brings together experience in event management, Ukrainian show business, business management and event production.
Before Harbor, Diana Ponomaryova, co-founder of the agency, had five years of experience in events as an event manager and organiser, along with experience in Ukrainian show business. Oleg Skorenko brought his experience in management and organisation — today he fully leads Harbor and is responsible for how the company works, while also developing Contactor Events, a platform for finding event suppliers in Poland.
The core idea behind Harbor is simple: make organising an event clear, manageable and calm for the client — with transparent terms, structure and control at every stage.
Oleg leads Harbor of Events and is responsible for how the work is structured, client communication, the budget, suppliers and the final quality of delivery. He has been based in Poland for about 10 years, speaks Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and English, and also develops Contactor Events, a platform for finding event suppliers in Poland.
For each project, Harbor assembles a team of trusted coordinators, suppliers and technical specialists to fit the brief: venues, catering, DJs, hosts, décor, photo, video, transport and activities.
While clients see the finished event, behind the scenes the team keeps an eye on the timing, suppliers, guests, technical set-up and dozens of small details.

Euphoria Events is Harbor's active line: quad biking, paintball, airsoft, kayaking, wakesurfing, SUP, off-road and other formats with a programme, a grill, music, photographers, a DJ and full coordination. Since 2023 — 250+ active events and 3500+ guests.
Harbor's home base is Warsaw. We've also delivered events in Gdańsk, Łódź, Kraków, Zakopane and Masuria, and we work with other cities across Poland on request.
