Harbor of Events organised a corporate event for the G.Bar team at a villa set in the forest around 60 km from Warsaw. More than 70 guests, a 10-hour programme running from 12:00 to 22:00, a team game — 4 teams across 6 contests — a welcome zone, a photo zone, live performances, a DJ set, a bar and shisha built around the concept “Cucumbers, shisha, fortune-teller”. Harbor took on the transfer, catering, host, DJ, show, gifts and coordination.

Location and format

The corporate event took place at a villa in the forest around 60 km from Warsaw. The spacious setting, with an open space and a lounge area, gave the G.Bar team room for both the active programme and quieter downtime.

Guests were met at the entrance by a welcome zone, and instead of the usual badges the team received branded wristbands colour-coded by branch — so staff from different locations immediately felt part of their group.

A 10-hour programme

The programme ran for 10 hours — from 12:00 to 22:00 — and was built so the day moved smoothly from the welcome through the activities and performances to the party.

A host kept the pace throughout, a DJ set played across the day, and a live artist's performance provided a standout moment. The Harbor team kept every block to schedule.

The team game

Team building centred on a team game: 4 G.Bar teams competed across 6 contests. The contests alternated with music and entertainment blocks to hold the pace and keep everyone involved.

Winning teams received gifts, which kept the competitive edge and made the game a real part of the day rather than a formality.

Concept and interactive touches

The event was tied together by the creative concept “Cucumbers, shisha, fortune-teller”, which set the tone for every detail — from the styling to the interactive touches.

Guests had their photos taken at the photo zone with a fluffy letter G, relaxed in the lounge area with shisha and an open bar, and a particular highlight was the tarot reader, whom guests consulted throughout the event.

End-to-end organisation

Harbor took on the full cycle: the concept and programme, transfer for guests, catering and a separate shisha catering service, printing the branded wristbands, the host, DJ, show and photo zone.

The team also prepared the gifts and kept every process to schedule on the day — so G.Bar had only to enjoy the event.
