Harbor of Events ran a Christmas evening for a global IT team — 24 guests — at Cicha Woda in Warsaw. The format paired an elegant setting with real networking: a welcome to live saxophone, considered catering by Savor Catering and a professional Open Bar, a hosted game of Mafia, and a hands-on DJ workshop that rolled into a DJ set and a party. Harbor chose the venue, coordinated the catering, briefed the vendors and handled the technical side. Under the terms of an NDA we do not name the company, and we do not show the guests' faces.
The Christmas evening for the global IT team took place at Cicha Woda in Warsaw. Guests arrived to a welcome drink and live saxophone, which set an elegant tone for the whole evening.
From the outset the format was built around getting to know one another and networking — so an international team could settle in and relax quickly.
Savor Catering looked after the food, with real attention to how each dish was served and presented. Alongside it, a professional Open Bar kept pace with the room.
The catering and the bar held an unhurried rhythm through the evening and gave the teams room to talk between the activities on the programme.
The centrepiece of the evening was a game of Mafia, run by a dedicated host.
The game did the networking for us: in a relaxed round the team warmed to one another far faster than any formal ice-breaker would have managed.
The music segment was built around a DJ workshop: guests learned to mix tracks on professional DJ equipment.
Rather than just listening, the team got to try their hand at the decks — and it became one of the high points of the evening.
After the workshop the structured part of the evening eased into a full DJ set and a party.
