A two-day kayaking camp for OBRIO

Harbor of Events ran a two-day corporate camp for the OBRIO team at a location around 70 km from Warsaw. The programme combined a 20 km kayak route with the Wave Bar Harbor on the water, camping in a dedicated tent zone, a shared dinner and active games by the fire. A Harbor team of 10 handled the end-to-end organisation — from choosing the location and running the logistics to the signature catering.

The location and format

The camp took place at a location around 70 km from Warsaw, set up for full-scale camping. A spacious tent zone, a grill area and space for active games gave the OBRIO team room both to unwind and to get stuck in.

The format was built around teamwork: two days outdoors, a shared life in the tent camp and activities where the team worked together rather than side by side.

The two-day programme

The programme ran across two days. The daytime centred on the kayak trip, while the evenings were shaped around a shared dinner and activities by the fire.

That rhythm let effort and rest alternate: an active day on the water gave way to a relaxed evening in the company of the team.

The kayak route and the Wave Bar on the water

A 20 km kayak route was the backbone of day one. It called for logistics of its own — from preparing the kayaks and kit to coordinating the group out on the water.

Right along the route ran the Wave Bar Harbor — a bar on the water serving signature cocktails. It turned a long paddle into an informal team journey rather than a sporting distance.

The evening by the fire

In the evening the team gathered for a shared dinner. Hookahs were set up on site, and active games by the fire kept the mood going and drew everyone in.

It was the evening that made the day stick: shared living and informal conversation brought the team closer than any formal activity.

End-to-end organisation

Harbor took on the full cycle: choosing and preparing the location, the logistics, a signature catering menu, the camping and the standout activities — from the bar on the water to the evening programme.

A Harbor team of 10 ran the event, which made it possible to keep every part of the two-day format under control and hold the timing even out on the water.
