Corporate retreats · Warsaw and across Poland

Corporate retreats from Warsaw, without the logistics chaos

What teams remember best isn't the meetings, it's the road travelled together. A corporate trip with Harbor is a shared experience organised end to end: we take on the destination, programme and logistics, and leave you the experience of the trip itself.

  • Several destinations and scenarios to choose from
  • Route, logistics and programme in a single plan
  • Trips across Poland and other destinations once agreed

Where to start

A good corporate trip starts with a goal, not a hotel

The destination shouldn't be chosen on pretty photos alone. First it matters to understand why the team is travelling together.

One team needs calm downtime and a change of scene. Another needs time for real conversation away from work chats. A third needs an active programme that leaves shared memories behind. And some need to combine working sessions with free time. That goal is what decides where to go and what the pace of the trip should be.

  • Some need rest and a change of rhythm
  • Some need time to connect outside work
  • Some need an active programme and shared experiences
  • And some need a mix of working sessions and free time

Formats

Corporate trip formats

From a single day out of town to a two-day camp, each format solves a different goal. These are starting points, not fixed packages.

  • An out-of-town venue
  • Transfer
  • Catering
  • Activities

Best for: teams that want to get out of the office without an overnight stay.

No overnight stay needed — it all fits into a single day.

  • Catering
  • A shared programme
  • Free time

  • A shared programme
  • An evening part

Best for: teams ready for an active trip with an overnight stay.

  • A shoreside programme

A trip to another city with a cultural or culinary programme and an evening event.

  • Accommodation in the city
  • A shared route
  • A cultural or culinary programme
  • Free time

Best for: teams who prefer a city atmosphere to nature.

We agree the route and pace around the size and make-up of the group.

A trip with a working part

A trip where a strategy session or workshop is combined with shared downtime.

  • A strategy session or workshop
  • Technical set-up
  • A team programme
  • A shared dinner

Best for: teams that need both a work result and shared downtime.

We keep the working part to a clear schedule.

An international destination

A trip beyond Poland, which we plan individually around the team.

  • A tailored choice of destination
  • Checking transport access
  • Agreeing accommodation
  • Specialist suppliers

Best for: teams ready to plan a trip well in advance.

We plan this after an individual discussion — without visa support and without a list of countries set in advance.

How to choose a destination

The destination has to suit the team, the budget and the time

Before recommending a specific place, we look at the team and the conditions of the trip. These factors shape which destination will work.

End to end

What we take on in organising the trip

You don't need to build the trip from dozens of separate arrangements. We group the work so the team has a single route and you have a single point of contact.

We choose the destinations, plan the logistics and coordinate the suppliers. The booking terms for transport and accommodation are set out in a personalised proposal for your trip.

For participants

People should know where they're going and what to expect

A trip runs more smoothly when every participant understands the route and the details in advance. So we prepare clear information for the team.

  • Date and meeting time
  • The address or departure point
  • Time on the road
  • The trip programme
  • A list of things to bring
  • Information about catering
  • The coordinator's contact details
  • The rules of the specific activity
  • Any changes to the schedule, if they arise
How it works

Three steps to a ready trip

01

You tell us about the team, dates and goal

You share who needs to be brought together, when and why, along with an approximate budget and departure city.

02

You get destinations, a programme and a preliminary budget

We suggest several destinations and scenarios and a transparent budget guide, so you have something to choose from.

03

You choose an option, and Harbor coordinates the preparation

The chosen route becomes a ready trip, and you travel with the team rather than managing the organisation.

Budget

The trip budget depends on the route, the duration and the logistics

Two trips for the same number of people can cost very differently — it all comes down to the destination, the duration and what the programme includes.

FAQ

Questions about organising corporate trips

How much does a corporate trip from Warsaw cost?
There's no fixed price: the budget depends on the destination, duration, transport, accommodation, catering and programme. After a short description of the team and goal, we prepare a preliminary estimate — the same day you get in touch or the next day.
Which destinations can we choose?
Most often these are trips out of town, to the water, to the mountains or to another city in Poland. We suggest the specific destination around the goal of the trip, the budget, the season and the time on the road.
Does Harbor organise trips across Poland?
Yes. We're based in Warsaw and plan trips across Poland — from single-day formats out of town to trips with accommodation in other regions.
Are international trips possible?
Yes, but we plan international destinations individually: we check transport access, accommodation and suppliers around a specific team and dates. We don't promise countries in advance and we don't handle visa support.
Can you organise a trip with an overnight stay?
Yes. We plan formats for one or several nights: we choose accommodation options, agree room allocation for the group, catering and the programme.
Who handles the transport and the hotel?
We help choose and arrange transport and accommodation, and we coordinate the suppliers. The booking terms are set out in a personalised proposal for your trip.
Can a working session and downtime be combined?
Yes. It's one of the common formats: a strategy session or workshop during the day and a shared informal part in the evening. We keep the working part to a clear schedule.
What happens if the weather or the schedule changes?
For outdoor activities we prepare a backup scenario or alternative, and we let participants know about schedule changes in advance. Force majeure can't be ruled out entirely, but we build in backup solutions.
How far ahead should we start preparing?
The earlier, the wider the choice of destinations, venues and dates. We take on urgent trips too, but for trips with accommodation it's more comfortable to have time in hand.
Can you organise a trip for an international team?
Yes. We adapt the communication and programme to the team's languages and choose activities that work without a language barrier for participants from different cities and countries.
Next step

Tell us where you'd like to go with your team

You can start with the goal, an approximate number of participants, dates and budget. We'll help you compare destinations and put together a clear programme — even if you haven't chosen a place yet.
