A Christmas IT weekend at a private villa

Harbor of Events ran a festive weekend away for an IT team at a private villa near Warsaw, built around a “Tech comfort” concept. The space was split into zones for making, relaxing and playing: a workshop where guests built their own scent diffusers, an unlimited shisha chill-out lounge, a buffet and cold table with an Open Bar, and a team programme with a DJ and a host. Harbor handled the logistics, the technical set-up, the layered décor and the coordination of every service. Under the company's confidentiality policy we don't name the IT client and we don't show guests' faces.

The “Tech comfort” concept

The weekend away for the IT team at a private villa near Warsaw was built around a “Tech comfort” concept — pairing unhurried downtime with an active programme.

The space was divided into zones: areas for active games, a making zone and a chill-out zone for winding down. That split let everyone set their own pace, from quiet relaxation to the energy of the party.

The scent-diffuser workshop

The creative strand of the programme was a workshop in which guests built their own scent diffusers. Each participant blended a personal fragrance for the home — and took it away as a piece of the event.

Framed as art therapy, it gave the weekend a calmer, more personal dimension alongside the activities and the party.

The shisha chill-out lounge

A separate wind-down space was the shisha chill-out lounge, run on an unlimited basis. Professional shisha masters worked it, using premium blends.

The lounge held the slower rhythm of the evening and gave the team a place to talk between the more active blocks of the programme.

The buffet, cold table and Open Bar

The catering was built as a mix of a buffet and a cold table: a buffet line of snacks and finger food alongside a cold table of festive dishes.

Drinks came through an Open Bar with no limits — signature cocktails included — keeping the party mood going through the active part of the evening.

The team programme and the party

A host led the active part while a DJ kept the music going. The programme mixed team battles and challenges with individual contests that drew the whole team in.

After the main programme the space turned into a party, with dancing into the small hours — the second, higher-energy half of “tech comfort”.

End-to-end organisation

Harbor ran the full cycle: the logistics, the technical set-up, the layered décor of the space and the coordination of every service — from catering and the bar to the shisha lounge and the workshop.

It was that joined-up coordination that let one weekend hold making, downtime and an active programme together, with none of the gaps guests would notice.
