Not a list of activities, but one shared mission
The client wanted a corporate event the team genuinely takes part in rather than watches. An ordinary trip out of town with a few attractions does not solve that: the activities follow one another, nothing connects them, and everyone goes through their own part of the day separately.
So Harbor built the programme around a single scenario. OPERATION: DANGEROUS CARGO is a frame in which every stage has a purpose: the cargo has to be delivered, the route driven, the decision made together. Participants were not handed a schedule of attractions. They were handed an assignment.
That changes the logic of the day. Off-road driving, the quest and the tactical team activity stop being separate items on a programme and become stages of one mission.
