Extreme team building near Warsaw: Wrak Race for an IT company

On 22 August 2026, Harbor delivered a turnkey extreme team building day near Warsaw for 11 participants from an IT company that had worked with us before. The brief was to surprise the team again — this time with an unusual format. Participants had a rough idea of the kind of outing ahead, but knew neither the exact location nor the full programme. The day brought together a Mercedes V-Class transfer from central Warsaw, a six-car Wrak Race, Harbor’s own quest with maps and bonus points, a grill lunch and the ride back to the city.

A returning client and a brief to surprise them again

This IT company had worked with Harbor before: the team already knew how we work, and this time the brief was clear — surprise the participants once again.

They wanted something unlike a regular corporate party or a standard trip out of town: unusual, exclusive and memorable for the experience of the day itself.

From central Warsaw to a surprise location

The day began in central Warsaw, where a Mercedes V-Class picked up the participants and drove them to a location near Warsaw.

Participants had a rough idea of what kind of outing it would be, but did not know the exact place or the full programme in advance — they discovered both the location and the details of the day on arrival.

Wrak Race: six cars and around three hours of driving

The core of the day was a Wrak Race — wreck racing in old cars, where collisions, dents and battered bodywork are part of the format itself.

Six cars were prepared for the participants, and the driving lasted around three hours. The programme included lap racing on the track and survival-style heats.

A Harbor quest built right into the racing

To make the day more than just driving, Harbor created its own game mechanic specifically for this event and built it directly into the location and the racing.

Participants received maps with marked points and tasks linked to collecting bonuses. This added an extra game layer on top of the wreck racing, designed specifically for this team.

A finale you won’t find at a regular corporate event

After the racing, participants were allowed to finish off the cars that had already been through the track with their own hands.

In the finale, one of the cars ended up in the water.

A grill lunch after the track

After the active part of the day, Harbor arranged a grill lunch for the participants — a calmer break after several hours on the track.

After lunch, the Mercedes V-Class took the participants back to central Warsaw.

What Harbor organised end to end

Harbor took care of the whole day: concept and programme, the Wrak Race, the custom quest with maps and bonus points, the Mercedes V-Class transfer, the grill lunch, logistics and on-site coordination.
