FIFA tournament in Warsaw: a gaming zone for MELBET

In April 2026 Harbor organised a FIFA tournament for MELBET at Look Up Warsaw — a dedicated gaming zone within a larger partner event. 16 players, four gaming stations, a knockout bracket and full operational delivery: from equipment and registration to match control and deciding the winners.

A standalone attraction within a larger event

In April 2026, Look Up Warsaw hosted a larger partner event. MELBET wanted its own activity for guests within it — a space where people could compete, cheer and talk.

To deliver it, Harbor organised a turnkey FIFA tournament. The brief went beyond setting up TVs and consoles: the zone had to run as a tournament in its own right, with registration, a bracket, matches and winners.

MELBET had worked with Harbor before, so the Harbor team already knew the client’s expectations and could focus on the tournament mechanics and technical preparation.

The tournament zone: equipment, space and setup

Harbor set up a dedicated tournament zone at Look Up Warsaw: four gaming stations with TVs, gaming equipment, a configured football game and soft poufs for players and guests.

The physical dressing of the zone — roll-ups, lighting and decor — was prepared and installed by Harbor using visual materials supplied by the MELBET team.

Registration and the knockout bracket

Players registered on site. Sixteen players took part in the tournament, and the event as a whole welcomed around 30 guests.

The tournament followed a knockout format. Harbor built the bracket and allocated matches across the four gaming stations.

Match control and deciding the winners

The tournament ran for one evening — roughly 4–5 hours — with a Harbor coordinator on site throughout.

The Harbor team controlled the matches, kept the tournament rules on track and determined the winners based on the results.

The main prize: a shirt signed by Loïs Openda

The prizes were prepared by the MELBET team. The main prize was a Juventus shirt signed by Loïs Openda.

The framed shirt was displayed right in the tournament zone, next to the gaming stations.

The result: a self-contained gaming activation for guests

As a result, MELBET got a dedicated tournament zone built into a larger partner event. Harbor took care of the equipment, space, registration, tournament mechanics and coordination, so the client’s team could focus on guests rather than on running the tournament.
