Corporate event host for G.Bar in Warsaw

On 21 July 2026, G.Bar held its own corporate event at Marumi restaurant in Warsaw — for around 150 guests, in a Black & Metallic style the team chose itself. This time Harbor didn’t organise the event: the evening’s host and MC was Makar Kislou. For around five hours he ran a programme he had prepared in advance with Harbor — no traditional contests, just announcements, light interactive moments and awards, paced to the evening.

G.Bar again — but a different role for Harbor

We had worked with G.Bar before: Harbor organised a corporate event for their team at a villa near Warsaw, taking care of the programme, transfer, catering, host, DJ and coordination.

This time G.Bar organised its corporate event itself and brought Harbor in for one specific role — hosting the evening. Makar Kislou was the host and MC.

Around 150 guests at Marumi

The corporate event took place on 21 July 2026 at Marumi | Asian & Mediterranean Restaurant in Warsaw, with around 150 guests.

The event itself was organised by the G.Bar team; Harbor was responsible only for the hosting.

Black & Metallic — a style chosen by G.Bar

The evening’s theme — Black & Metallic — was chosen by the G.Bar team. The group photo shows it straight away: guests came dressed in black, some with silver accents.

Makar adapted his look as host to the theme: dark clothing and glasses, chosen specifically for the evening.

A programme prepared in advance

Makar prepared the hosting script in advance together with Harbor, specifically for this corporate event.

The programme was there to support the evening rather than steal the spotlight: the host worked with the flow of the event and responded to the mood of the room.

No traditional contests

There were no traditional contests in the programme — and that was a deliberate choice. G.Bar didn’t want to put guests on the spot or pressure them into taking part.

So the format was kept light and unobtrusive: interactive moments with no pressure on guests, woven naturally into the evening.

Announcements, the DJ and awards

Throughout the evening, Makar welcomed guests, made announcements, stepped out among the guests with the microphone and hosted the award moments.

He coordinated the programme from the host’s side and stayed in touch with the DJ, so that announcements, music and key moments ran to the same rhythm.

Five hours in the rhythm of the evening

Makar worked for around five hours, supporting guests throughout the event and keeping up the rhythm and mood of the evening.

This case shows that Harbor can be brought in not only to organise an event end to end, but also for a single professional role within an event the client runs itself.
