A corporate celebration for Pay Do

The brief

Pay Do asked us to organise a company evening at a refined restaurant, with close attention paid to every detail.

The aim was to bring the team closer together and give everyone an evening worth talking about afterwards.

A room in the Pay Do look

We branded the room in Pay Do's own style, so the setting read as the company's rather than the venue's. Considered décor, a refined menu and a comfortable space to talk kept the evening relaxed and celebratory at once.

Live music and a DJ set

The evening opened with an energetic cover band that set the mood and paced the room. An afro-pop DJ set carried the night from there, keeping the floor busy until the very end.

The LED photo tunnel

A lit LED tunnel gave the room its centrepiece and worked as the photo zone of the evening. It became the spot guests kept returning to for the sharpest shots of the night.

The bartending show and interactive programme

For the entertainment we brought in a bartending show, mixing signature cocktails to order in front of the guests. Interactive moments and a run of prize draws ran through the evening and kept the room engaged.

Atmosphere, coordination and the team

A professional photo and video crew captured the key moments of the night, while a well-paced programme and an easy atmosphere made it a memorable evening for the whole Pay Do team.

Beyond the entertainment, the evening did its real job — it brought the team together and left everyone in good spirits.
