A corporate New Year party in Christmas style

Harbor of Events produced an intimate corporate Christmas party for 20 staff at a leading recruitment agency, held at a private villa near Warsaw. The evening was built around two moods — from a candlelit family dinner (Warm & Cozy) to a high-energy party with a DJ (Party Drive). Harbor sourced the venue and handled the façade and interior décor, a bespoke catering menu with an Open Bar, sound and lighting, and full on-the-night coordination. Under the terms of an NDA we do not disclose the company's name and do not show the guests' faces.

The venue and the Christmas concept

This intimate party for 20 staff at a leading recruitment agency took place at a private villa near Warsaw. The space let the team gather in a relaxed setting and, at the same time, be reshaped as the evening progressed.

The concept was built around a shift in mood — from a family dinner to an active party. Façade illumination, dozens of candles, evergreen arrangements and one large shared table set the Christmas tone for the event.

The family dinner and Warm & Cozy

The first part of the evening was the Warm & Cozy segment, run as a family dinner. Guests gathered around a shared table by candlelight, in a warm and unhurried atmosphere.

That opening set a tone of closeness: instead of loud activities, a calm dinner, conversation and a festive mood among the team.

Party Drive and team activities

The second part was Party Drive: the space gradually turned into a party floor with a DJ and a host. The mood moved from intimate to high-energy.

The programme featured themed Christmas team challenges, individual contests and gifts — activities that involved every guest and reinforced the sense of team across the evening.

The Christmas menu and Open Bar

The catering was built around a bespoke Christmas menu — traditional dishes in a modern interpretation, alongside canapés kept in a festive style.

A separate highlight was the Open Bar with unlimited drinks: winter mixes and classic cocktails that carried the party mood through the second part of the evening.

Décor, lighting and end-to-end organisation

Harbor took on sourcing and hiring the venue, developing the concept, the façade and interior décor, sound and lighting, logistics and the coordination of catering.

It was the work with lighting and décor that made it possible to turn a single space into two distinct scenes for the evening — a warm dinner and a high-energy party — with no pauses or resets noticeable to the guests.
