Harbor of Events is a team that organises events end to end in Warsaw and across Poland. We work with corporate events, team building, private events and active formats, where structure, transparency and a calm client experience matter most.
Harbor of Events was founded in 2023 in Warsaw. The team brings together experience in event management, Ukrainian show business, business management and event production.
Before Harbor, Diana Ponomaryova, a co-founder at the agency's start, had five years of experience in events as an event manager and organiser, along with experience in Ukrainian show business. Oleh Skorenko brought his experience in management and organisation — today he drives Harbor's development and is responsible for how the company works.
The core idea behind Harbor is simple: make organising an event clear, manageable and calm for the client — with transparent terms, structure and control at every stage.
Oleh founded Harbor of Events and is responsible for the agency's development and overall direction. He shapes event concepts and leads key client projects, so that an event works as one complete experience rather than a collection of separate suppliers. He has been based in Poland for about 10 years, speaks Ukrainian, Russian, Polish and English.
Makar is a co-founder of Harbor. He plans and coordinates events, and on site he keeps in touch with the guests and the client. When the format calls for a host, he takes the microphone himself — so Harbor does not only organise an event, it can run it too.
For each project, Harbor assembles a team of trusted coordinators, suppliers and technical specialists to fit the brief: venues, catering, DJs, hosts, décor, photo, video, transport and activities.
While clients see the finished event, behind the scenes the team keeps an eye on the timing, suppliers, guests, technical set-up and dozens of small details.

Euphoria Events is Harbor's active line: quad biking, paintball, airsoft, kayaking, wakesurfing, SUP, off-road and other formats with a programme, a grill, music, photographers, a DJ and full coordination. Since 2023 — 250+ active events and 3500+ guests.
Harbor's home base is Warsaw. We've also delivered events in Gdańsk, Łódź, Kraków, Zakopane and Masuria, and we work with other cities across Poland on request.
